Looking to Rent a Home in Las Vegas? I Can Help!
I assist renters in finding the right home throughout the Las Vegas area.
Whether you’re relocating, downsizing, or simply seeking a new space, I provide personalized support to make your rental journey smooth and efficient.
Rental Service Fee: $1,000 To begin the rental process, a non-refundable fee of $1,000 is required up front.
This fee covers:
• A tailored list of available rental homes that fit your needs
• Scheduling and attending showings
• Step-by-step guidance through the application process
• Verifying rental qualifications before you apply. Important Details:
• Payment must be made via cashier’s check or money order—no personal checks or electronic payments are accepted.
• This fee is non-refundable, even if you’re not approved for a rental. It compensates for my time, expertise, and services provided.
• Occasionally, a property manager may offer a referral fee for bringing them a qualified tenant.
If that happens, I will refund you the difference between their referral fee and your $1,000 payment.
Each property manager has unique qualifications such as credit score, income requirements, background checks, and pet policies.
I will confirm that you meet all criteria before you apply, helping you avoid unnecessary application fees and rejections.
